Not necessarily one for one, but rather if I do something for you today, someone else will help me out when I need a hand, and because I helped you this time, you'll help someone else, and so on, and so forth. Call it what you will. I call it a system that helps everybody get everything done, and none of it gets declared on our taxes. Win - win.
